Their frauds are sophisticated and often appear to be very legitimate. Forged documents and photos are frequently used to support non-existent connections ("Guanxi"). There are over 2,000 "front-fee consultants" in Beijing alone- only 29 of them are legitimate. Our database of fraudsters now exceeds 28,000 individuals and companies in 23 Provinces of China, Canada,The U.K., and the United States. Likewise, we will be able to vouch for you with an endorsement when businesses and individuals inquire about the safety and risks of doing business with your company. Be safe not sorry! Professional Referral Services: Whether you need a reliable & trustworthy lawyer, nanny, accountant, language instructor, banker, driver, travel agent, mover, spa, golf club, or real estate agent, we will provide you the names and contact numbers of the companies/individuals with the least number of complaints filed (Very few companies have zero complaints!) connections ("Guanxi"). Again, many fraudsters waiting to take advantage of your ignorance as the "new guy in town" and many even have luxury offices/store fronts that would fool even the police! Just like America, China has many professional con-artists and scammers that prey on foreigners and "newbies". No matter what you are told, do not sign any contracts or transfer any moneys until you read this article here, and obtain a professional due diligence report on the people you are planning to do business with.
